NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) is a Govt. Company under administrative control of Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India. The shares of the Company are listed on BSE, NSE and Calcutta Stock Exchange. The Company owns and operates the state of the art 3.0 MTPA steel plant at Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh. The Steel plant has been built at a cost of approximately ₹ 24,000 crores. The Plant is set to establish its mark in the Hot Rolled market with its repertoire of high grade Hot Rolled steel that is slated to meet the requirements of
several key consuming sectors on the strength of its technology that includes its most modern Mill.

POST NAME - Executive Trainee
QUALIFICATION - Graduate With CA/CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - Nil

EMOLUMENTS :-
The Executive Trainees will be in training for 06 months initially and will be offered Basic Pay of Rs.50,000/- plus Dearness Allowances (IDA) as per rules of the Company. On successful completion of training, the Executive Trainees will be designated as Assistant Managers in the scale pay of Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- and initial Basic Pay will be fixed at Rs.60,000/- per month.
On successful completion of training, they will be entitled for Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites under Cafeteria Approach, PF, Gratuity, PRP and other allowances and benefits as applicable as per rules of the NMDC Steel Limited.
Being direct recruitment, the Company will not bear any liability on account of Salary/leave salary/pension contribution etc. of previous employment, if any.
SELECTION PROCESS :-
Candidates will be required to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of Multiple-Choice Questions in any of the centers as decided by the Management. Based on the score obtained in CBT and
requirement, candidates will be shortlisted discipline wise, category wise for further selection process i.e. GD & Interview.
