JOB DESCRIPTION :-

We are looking for a dedicated Business Finance professional to join our Premium Business Unit Finance team. This role is a key business partner, responsible for supporting our business teams while managing multiple priorities without compromising on quality or timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Own periodic accounting, including P&L management, month-end closing, and dealer payout reconciliation.
• Process Optimization: Drive process improvements and simplification initiatives.
• Audit Management: Handle data requirements for internal and external audits to ensure smooth and timely closing.
• Budgeting: Manage the Annual Budgeting process and provide P&L outlooks.
• Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Channel, After Sales) and manage ad-hoc financial requirements, such as business case analysis and tax structure reconciliations.
