POST NAME - Assistant Manager Product Costing & MIS
QUALIFICATION - B.Com With CMA
EXPERIENCE - 5 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The individual will oversee and manage product costing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting and Management Information System (MIS) reports. Responsibilities also include evaluating cost structures, monitoring variances, analyzing budgets, forecasting, and contributing to decision-making through financial insights. The role involves collaboration across departments to support process improvements and optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
· Prepare and maintain product costing, BOM costing, and routing-level costing for all SKUs.
· Release monthly standard costs and update Machine Hour Rates for major machines.
· Publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS covering production, consumption, rejection, and key variances.
· Lead monthly closing including WIP, scrap, consumption accuracy, and variance analysis.
· Monitor and control key cost drivers such as coil yield, process rejection, scrap, and rework.
· Ensure accurate SAP postings for material consumption and support monthly stock reconciliations.
· Support budgeting, cost forecasting, and profitability analysis for new products/ customers.
