JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The Manager Supply Chain Finance will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, inventory controls, and performance reporting. The role will ensure robust financial governance across the supply chain while supporting strategic initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Supply Chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Drive inventory financial controls, including inventory valuation, ageing, provisions, shrinkage, and stock reconciliation.
- Partner with Procurement and Operations teams to evaluate sourcing decisions, vendor commercials, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and publish Supply Chain MIS, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis on procurement costs, freight, warehousing, inventory, and manufacturing/central kitchen costs (where applicable).
- Support monthly financial closing activities, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations related to Supply Chain.
- Evaluate business cases for new warehouses, distribution centres, sourcing strategies, and supply chain investments.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and cross-functional stakeholders for supply chain-related financial matters.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
