EXPERIENCE - 1 To 3 Years

2. POST NAME - Assistant Manager Internal Audit

QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CA/CMA/MBA/B.Com/M.Com

EXPERIENCE - 3 To 7 Years 

LOCATION - Jaipur

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

To assist in conducting risk-based internal audits across various functions of the General Insurance business, including underwriting, claims, finance, operations, IT, HR, compliance, and branch operations, and to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 

Key Responsibilities :

- Audit Execution: Conduct audits per the annual plan, test controls, and identify gaps. 

- Specialized Audits: Review Underwriting (guidelines, premiums) and Claims (settlements, fraud controls). 

- Branch Audits: Conduct PAN India operational and statutory compliance reviews. 

- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor IRDAI guidelines, track audit recommendations, and draft risk-based reports. 

- Data Analytics: Analyze datasets for trends and maintain audit dashboards.
