- Lead expense services and process - forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Deliver forward looking insights on cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives.
- Embed robust financial guardrails, controls, and governance in line with financial control frameworks and SOX requirements.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and digitization of finance processes and services.
- Lead and develop high performing onshore and offshore teams, fostering a strong performance and improvement culture
