JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Carry out daily accounting tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate books of accounts.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts related to E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Plan, monitor, and calculate marketing budgets while tracking actual spends against approved budgets.
- Ensure proper accounting and allocation of trade discounts, promotional spends, and marketing support across various platforms.
- Review and monitor accounts receivable, track overdue balances, and flag potential risks.
- Maintain repayment schedules and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Generate periodic MIS reports, reconciliation summaries, and variance analysis for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and related accounting activities.
