JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Preparation of various MIS reports from SAP and coordination with branches.
- Debtors management including ageing, liquidation plans, and follow-ups.
- Tracking and compiling MIS for EMD, liabilities, security deposits, and retention
- Handling Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit issuance, renewal, closure, and MIS tracking.
- GL scrutiny for P&L and Balance Sheet items and ensuring timely rectifications., Monthly Provisioning.
- Coordination for Statutory Audit and preparation of audit schedules also IFC
- Preparing Project-wise MIS for cost, revenue, and margin tracking.
- Tender validation of commercial terms, payment conditions, and financial clauses.
- Supporting internal finance controls and ensuring compliance with company policies (SOP)
