KRA2 - Financial Indicators monitoring - Packing & Aux Mat cons & rate monitoring from SAP and detailed analysis Detailed Monthly statement preparation
KRA3 - Analysis - Peers comparison Analytical comparison of VFY peers operational data and cost By 31-Mar-2015
KRA4 - Daily Reports - Pre operative preparation for fast execution Prepare CSY Local / Export Profitability in more easy way and Assist Marketing team to take Optimum profitability
KRA5 - Automation & Initiatives - Update and Automation of reports for the concern area
KRA6 - Interaction with financial and commercial dept. - Co-ordination with Accounts and other Commercial dept on daily basis and exchanging various required information.
