· Looking for experienced candidates who are proficient with Oracle HCM Payroll system for the USA and Canada Region.
· Basic/Advanced Understanding on US and Canada Payroll Activities.
· Hands on Experience with US Payroll Processing, Taxation, Compliance, Banking and Garnishment.
· Knowledge with US Biweekly, Weekly and Monthly Payroll Process is an advantage. With additional capability to understand the Payroll and Fiscal Calendars and Weekly and Biweekly Payroll Cycles.
· Good Communication Skills both Oral and Written skills is a must.
· Good Excel skills and capabilities to work with multiple excel sheet with minimal supervision.
· Experience with Microsoft O365 suite- Excel, Outlook and Word.
· Flexibility to accommodate work as needed is a must.
· Should be a Team Player, Quick Learner and with Good Analytical skills.
· Should be able to handle Time and Data Sensitive content and be open to work with High volumes during year end and system downtime.
· Should be able to work on Process Documents and Training Materials as and when needed.
