QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/B.Com/M.Com
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Pune
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Sales revenue booking in SAP
- Record the Receivables related transactions timely accurately as defined from time to time.
- Understand and Follow the relevant SOPs related to the receivable area.
- Report on exceptions in the accounting process immediately to the superior, to enable corrective actions.
- Understand and Prepare such reports as may be defined from time to time
- Ensure that all approved incoming invoices whether local or foreign vendors are input and tracked and answer all queries effectively.
- Obtain approvals as defined within the process.
- Ensure input of correct due dates and postings
- Ensure timely clearings for all customers and provide inputs to the Vokus In charge for the preparation of report on Development of Provisions and also receivable Ageing analysis report as required by management on a monthly basis.
- Customer and Group company Reconciliation
- Ensure correct bookings of GL a/c, WBS and cost centre based on approvals
- Export sales accounting in SAP
- Accounting of credit note / debit note as the situation may warrant
- Coordination with Logistic department and purchase department for various operational issues and their timely resolutions
- Ensure timely closing for the group reporting
