POST NAME - Finance Analyst
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - Nil
LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

The position is responsible for:

·    Leading Skin health category business finance support and analytics, partner with business by leading planning and analysis activities for the same and work with finance partners in global finance, Tax and FP&A Team.

Key Responsibilities

·    Provide financial analysis and support for Brands

·    Preparation and Analysis of P&L for the Brands

·    Drive discussions on GP improvement for both Brands/ channel by working on various initiatives viz. RGM, portfolio mix, supporting New Product Launches, Promo evaluations etc.

·    Drive Business Planning process within the responsible Brands (annual Business Plan, Forecasts/Updates, Strategic Planning etc.) working with other team members within Finance BUF and FP&A.

·    Period closing activities of the Franchise spends (co-work with accounting department), including variance analysis and management report preparation and explanations.

·    Lead digital initiatives support to commercial team through financial case and analytics and help driving long term approach on digital

·    Ensure policies and procedures are followed including compliance with WWP / SOX guidelines

·    Support Brand leads and other team members, as a core Business Partner.

·    Make recommendations and take action to achieve Business Plan.

·    Support the construction of the Brand strategy, translate Brand strategy into Business Planning

·    Support strong Compliance awareness, within the Brands.

·    Understand the monthly sales trends and drivers by Brand / product line and ensure steps are taken to address gaps with Sales and Marketing teams.

·    Drive continuous improvements and simplifications in process and procedures and partner in automation/other projects to improve ways of working.
