JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Preparation of Controlling Profitability (COPA) & Analysis.
Value Chain Analysis for our products.
Monthly yield comparison and financial impact assessment (plant-wise, product-wise).
Monthly MIS reporting (overhead, capacity utilization, plant-wise, and product-wise).
Calculation of standard cost, forecasted product costing, and actual product costing.
Activity rate settings with detailed workings.
Variance analysis, feasibility analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
Focus on supply chain costs (storage and transportation).
Work on CBE (Cost-Benefit Estimation) and month-end estimates for Trade Spends Provisions (MT/E-com), tracking against actual claims. Product-level cost allocation.
