POST NAME - Manager Finance
QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 0 To 2 Years
LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
  • Executing and Monitoring of Inter-Company Billing (ICB) transactions with all affiliates for AHPL.   It Includes
    • Guiding and training Business on Abbott policies and other prerequisites
    • Ensure clean OOB in Intercompany Balances
    • Review and raising of ICB on CORA and WWICB system.
    • Foreign payment review. Coordinating with business, tax team and external consultants.  
  • Month end and Year end closure activities.
    • Completion of month closure entries like exchange revaluation of FX outstandings, prepaid expenses, royalty accrual, etc.
    • Support in CAR and year end Financials variances for select Business/ Accounts.
    • Preparation of monthly assigned Balance sheet schedules
  • Related party and Inventory valuation
    • Preparation of Related party schedule for AHPL legal entity including both merchandise and non-merchandise transactions.
    • Ensure to get the affiliate confirmations and reconciliations at year end.
    • Carrying out ANI inventory valuation at year end.
  • Support to tax team on providing data for assessment purpose and ensure smooth co- ordination between division, direct and indirect tax team for closure of ICB.

Also support to be provided in corporate audit, SOX audit and internal audit and preparation of notes to accounts in financials.
