VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Igatpuri

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Candidate will be responsible for:-
1.  Monthly provisioning 
2.  Plant MIS
3.  Overall cost control on manufacturing expenses
4.  Interaction with plant operations team
5.  P&L & Balance sheet reporting as well as variance analysis
6.  Monthly MIS and reporting
7.  Budget & Estimate Preparation and consolidation
8.  Should be well versed with SAP
9.  Audit (Statutory, Tax, CMS, etc)  related preparation and ensure submissions and liasoning with auditors as and when required.
10. Various Grossing up entries for month closures - FI Side
11. Preparation and submission PU wise MIS
12. Manpower Count for MFG and productivity working
13. Dashboard updation
14. Cost Saving MIS & Validation
15. Debtors Ageing monitoring & review.
16. Process Audit as per the requirment
17. Support in system cost reduction initiatives, ensuring spend is as per the guidelines, Cost reduction thru Benchmarking, other initiatives.
18. Ensuring adequate insurance for Igatpuri & co-ordination with MIBL for the same.
19. Support in compliance with SICOM requirements
20. Co-ordination with COE teams and ensuring smooth co-ordination for accounting related requirements & reports.
