JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Month end closing process in SAP (Production order, WBS element settlement and other defined processes as per SOP)
- Extraction of data and analysing the same for month-end end reporting
- Providing offer prices and cost for various material as per the requirement
- Checking GL codes and cost centres in purchase indent, also checking price revision proposal from Supply Management
- Taking download of inventory data including slow moving, cost centre data etc. for analysis
- Raising alarm for abnormal costs
- Preparing base data for cost rate calculation
