POST NAME - Finance Analyst
QUALIFICATION - B.Com With CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 6 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Produce and produce Accurate and Timely financial budgeting, forecasting, accountancy, and analysis activities to support management of the organization and business partners; and works closely with the key stakeholders
- Track and review finance operations, perform monthly closing, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements for accounting, financial and tax reporting
- Monitor and manage cash flow; maintain rolling cash flow forecasting; AR, AP and IC settlement, bank account management etc.
- Support onsite Finance Manager in analyzing the various costs in the P&L for the month
- Support in preparing and posting various prepayment, accrual and reclass journals in order to finalise the monthly P&L
- Making sure that all the transactions in the P&L are audit compliant
- Making sure that the journals and other transactions are backed up with proper calculations and documentation
- Making sure that all transactions are having proper explanation about the type of cost and other required details in the description
- Making sure that all the transactions are posted based on correct mapping of cost centre, project hierarchies
- Making sure that the transactions are posted based on the correct chart of accounts
- Making sure that the transactions comply with various control policies of Tag WLT like Intercompany policy, Fixed Asset policy etc.
- Support Finance Manager in Monthly Metrics and other ad hoc financial reporting requirements of WLT Tag overheads.
- Support Finance Manager for finalizing the monthly P&L
- Support Finance Manager by giving required information regarding business and other updates
- Support Regional Operations by giving necessary financial data and analysis required for their decision-making process
- Support FP&A team in other reporting requirements incl. variance reporting, KPI reporting, P&L reviews etc.
- Support Finance Manager in performing a deep dive analysis of specific spend based on ad hoc requirements
- Ensure the process documentations are updated with changes as per the plan.
- Meet the stakeholder expectations and participate to all decision making/review meetings.
- Periodically review current processes and work on improving the process to bring more efficiency.
- Deliver the listed tasks or reports as per the SLA/KPIs agreed with stakeholders
- Working closely with outsourced BPS provider for transactional accounting across the OTC, PTP and RTR towers
- Perform ad-hoc projects assigned
