JOB DESCRIPTION :-
This position will be responsible for working closely with Finance Director for Financial Planning and Analysis, US GAAP reporting, Fixed asset accounting and support India Statutory compliances.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Good understanding of US GAAP, Indian GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards
- Preparing and submission of Annual Operating Plan, monthly and quarterly Forecast, and other related reports
- Monthly closing of US GAAP books, analysis and reporting as per Corporate timelines and policies
- Fixed Assets accounting, capitalization review and depreciation accounting under US GAAP and Indian GAAP
- To ensure compliance with internal Financial and Corporate policies, together with local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure various applicable compliance as per Corporate Laws in India
- Facilitate and lead in completion of various audits (Statutory, Tax, Internal Controls)
- Recommends and implements accounting procedures and practices for departmental efficiency improvements,
- Analysis of Financial and cost data from time to time as required by Management
