JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Advise Law and Compliance colleagues on legal invoicing and legal settlement requirements.
- Liaise with legal suppliers to assist with supplier onboarding, reactivation, country partitions, and Collaborati set-up.
- Cross-check and accurately enter data in MMS, Coupa, and Workday to request and record payments for legal invoices and legal settlement payments.
- Work with Paralegal Attorney’s, Procure to Pay & controllership team for invoicing matters
- Support projects related to legal invoicing expansion & process enhancements
- Show the overall health of process through weekly metrics, governance deck etc.
