• Responding to any support tickets in Service Now or via email re Citi Card issues and general enquiries from Citibank Corporate Cardholders/CTA/Purchase cards .
• Supporting Citibank Card Programme Administrators (CCPA) with Leaver, Mover, Joiner process amendments and cardholder account maintenance in Citi Manager.
• Identify significant transaction trends and inform/escalate to appropriate senior stakeholders in order to either encourage or discourage a particular transaction trend.
• Liaising with local Citibank Card Programme Administrators or Functional Finance Heads of the Citibank Credit Card Program re Cardholders with late expense submissions.
• Confirming with Citibank that monthly settlement payments have been received and informing the Citibank Card Programme lead.
• Liaising with the Concur support team to ensure any Concur related Citibank Card Holder issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Taking ownership to escalate the unresolved settlement issues or Cardholder disputes to CCPAs.
• Weekly status reporting to the Card Programme lead.
• Generating monthly and quarterly reports from on CTA (lodge card) spend for distribution to key stakeholders
• Identify significant trends and act or inform in order to either encourage or discourage a particular trend.
