POST NAME - Cost Controlling Manager
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/CS/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 8 Years
LOCATION - Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Responsible for managing Cost controlling Team and drive process improvements. Identifying cost saving opportunities. Responsible for Month-End reporting and Month Close Sign Off , Ensures Cost Accuracy, Reviews and Compliance & effective stakeholder management.

RESPONSIBILITIES -
  • Manage and develop a team of cost control professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for various projects, departments, and the organization as a whole.

  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports related to costs, expenses, and budget performance.

  • Present financial reports and review to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

  • Assess financial risks related to cost management and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

  • Guide or participate in cost reduction initiatives aimed at improving profitability.

  • Conduct detailed cost analyses, identify cost drivers, and assess cost-saving opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls related to cost management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify areas for process improvement to streamline cost management processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Oversee inventory levels, valuation, and controls to minimize carrying costs.

  • Account Payable knowledge preferred.
