POST NAME - Finance Specialist
QUALIFICATION - B.Com/M.Com
EXPERIENCE - 4 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
  • Daily SLA adherence and reporting
  • Provide assistance during internal/ external audits
  • Perform WHT / TDS / TCS / GST workings as per country requirement
  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers
  • Manage multiple partners including both internal and external
  • Actively participate in the team meetings and other initiatives taken by the company.
  • Ensure all assigned SLAs are met
  • Tasks performed will be based on key success factors including accuracy, quality, cost, timeliness, deadlines, effective communication and client service orientation
  • To process the deliverables within the agreed service levels with a very high standard of accuracy and attention following the defined operating procedures, guidelines and knows when to escalate to supervisors/ managers of any case or concerns
  • Understand, implement and contribute best practices for operations and constantly seek opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure integrity of the data is always maintained and that everything has been captured in accordance with defined Standard procedures, company best practices and legal regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of all internal company’s and clients information
  • Performs routine tasks within clearly defined parameters or guidelines. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others. Exercises little latitude for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, regulatory and VAT requirements
  • Should be versed with basic accounting and assumption
  • Monitor transactions in bank statements
  • Handle mailbox for request and query management
  • Perform daily transactions as per standard operating procedures
