Within the first 25 years of business, he expanded his production to seven mills in three locations. Over the next 25 years, the company diversified into detergents, minerals, retail, bakery divisions and much more. Flour mills are completely automated plants supplied by Buhler, Switzerland.
Naga Foods finished products include sooji, maida, whole wheat flour and bran. Naga's portfolio includes brands such as Naga, Amman, Perumal, Kovil, Diamond, Jupiter, Mercury and Redhills. At present Naga is planning to diversity in speciality flours.

- Responsible for Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting, including Annual Budget and revised estimates
- Responsible for Management Reports (MIS)
- Responsible for Analytical Reports like predictive analysis, variance analysis, cost analysis, root cause analysis, etc
- Responsible for product costing and recommending the product pricing
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting the Working Capital in business regularly
- Responsible for implementing ERP tools for system controls and budget controls
- Responsible for implementing System Controls as per the audit team suggestions
- Responsible for submission of deviation reports for review
- Responsible for Cost control monitoring
- Responsible for Coordinating with the Statutory Auditor & Tax Auditors along with accounts Manager for Further System Improvements
- Responsible for Preparing and circulating daily/Weekly reports on critical performance
- Responsible for coordinating in getting monthly cash flows from division and review of actuals Vs. Projections on a monthly basis regularly
- Responsible for validating the benefits from projects with the plan and Original projections
- Responsible for Training and Developing of Team
