JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Need to participate in monthly book closure for GD India, co-ordination with cross function team Sales and Operations primarily and Shared Service team in Europe. Supporting in Budget and forecast. Preparation of audit schedules and co-ordination with stat., tax, TP auditors.
Responsibilities :
- Weekly Sales backlog and Pulse reporting
- Monthly book closure activities
- Balance sheet GL Reconciliation
- Assisting in Budget/forecast preparation
- Assisting in Stat. Audits, Tax audits
- Preparing schedules for Cost Audit
- Working with reporting package HFM/TOTH
- Payroll Accounting
- Support in making Inter-Co payments
- Bank Correspondence
- TDS accounting and co-ordination for TDS returns with consultant
- Variance analysis and Monthly accrual of expenses
- Co Ordination with SSC team, Sales and Operations team
- Passing of Journal Entries in SAP
- Custom Duty Booking and statutory payments
- Co Ordination for pending C forms with Consultants.
