- Tracking and reporting of profitability of existing models as per the latest cost structure received from MIS Department.
- Highlight variance in cost and seek corrective action from S&M Department. for suitable price correction.
- To validate all cost reduction/VA/VE proposals being submitted to customers and its impact on profitability.
- Balance sheet analysis and cash flow management - Monitoring free cash flow position/ Debtors management/ Working capital management
