- Preparation of Mfg. spends & RM inventory MIS
- Control over Budget vs actual on reportable parameters
- Functional support to HOD in various new initiatives like Cost reduction in Mfg. & supply chain, update for senior management, etc
- Variance analysis of Mfg. spends & inventory
- Physical verification of Inventory & PI process control
- Ensuring Internal controls & check - COSO requirements
- Monitoring of In-house capacity & utilization
- Bring control on quality of inventory & monitor material disposal process, BOM variance, FOC, Non BOM consumption, etc
- Annual Budget & Quarterly estimates preparation for division
- Analysing financial data, P&L & B/S items
- Evaluation of Capex proposals
