- Inventory controls
- Tracking of Material Usage Variances and Labour productivity.
- Ensure booking monthly consumption.
- Material Rejection and Scrap controls.
- Conversion cost monitoring and tracking cost saving projects.
- Capex controls - physical vs books reconciliation. • Ensure Purchase and expenses booking is done.
- Handling Internal audit for various plant related processes and tracking action plans for agreed improvements.
