JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- BCA Process Assistance
- Scrutinized Documents received are in line with document requirement as per project
- Is the E-BCA/Word document written with assumption are in line with Investment tool, any discrepancy will be corrected with co-ordination with OO
- Upload BCA document on BCA portal for Approved BCA in PRB
- Follow up with Stake holder for approvals to get it compliance as per process
- Preparing and analyzing start up report for all level projects of New Biz and asking response for deviation from stake holders.
- Assist in Budget/IBP process for co-ordination & data collection
- Assist in Monthly forecast
- Assist in monthly review and Deep dive in specific customer
- maintaining data base like ,Occupancy report/Headcount/ year wise month wise P&L for customer & sites.
- Various Data cleaning required in reports and preventive solution avoid repeated wrong data in system.
