JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- The branch accountant oversees the entire accounting operations at the branch to facilitate timely and correct reporting. Drive compliance and strong controls to ensure adherence to the defined guidelines such as NAS, TTS guidelines etc. Keep a strong control on budgets and drive various cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place. Propose change initiatives to ensure the efficiency of the operations. Ensure reconciliations and Period End Close (PEC) steps are performed accurately and on time, identification and follow-up of open items in all balance sheet accounts is in place.
- Order to cash SPOC for the Branch - ensure Zero Debtors at month end. Work towards reducing direct party receivables by corodinating with HO, 4C and the OT team. Continue to onboard new customers on Channel Finance.
