EMOLUMENTS & BENEFITS :-
Basic pay in the scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Besides emoluments, other benefits like Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) and National
Pension System (NPS), leased accommodation would be extended as per rules of the Company. Gross pay will be Rs.88,000/- p.m. (approx.) at Metropolitan centers.
SELECTION PROCESS :-
The selection will be made on the basis of overall performance in Online Examination and Interview.
The candidates will be called for Online Examination which would comprise of the following :
1. Reasoning - 25 Questions - 25 Marks
2. English Language - 25 Questions - 25 Marks
3. Quantitative Aptitude & Computer Literacy - 25 Questions - 25 Marks
4. General Awareness (with special reference to Financial Sector) - 25 Questions - 25 Marks
5. An additional test to assess technical &
professional knowledge in relevant discipline - 50 Questions - 100 Marks
Total - 150 Questions - 200 Marks
Composite time - 2 hours
