POST NAME - Assistant Manager Finance

EXPERIENCE - 4 To 7 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Assistant Manager- Finance is responsible mainly for the activities related to accounting, forecasting/budgeting, costing, and other activities involving controls compliance including internal and external audits and data reporting etc.

Main Duties and Functions:

Budgeting & MIS:

1. Preparing & timely submission of Annual Budget, Strategic Plans, Latest Estimates & Monthly Rolling Forecasts with Variance analysis thereof.
2. Timely Preparation and submission of Monthly MIS & KPI’s for controllable cost:
   • Fixed cost Variance Analysis from Budget & Rolling Forecasts
   •  Utility Variance MIS from Budget & Rolling Forecasts
   • Manpower Cost Variance Analysis from Budget & Rolling Forecasts
   • Daily Health checks of Production order and expenses
3. Co-partnering with Plant for understanding the reasons for spends via Daily MIS. Timely highlighting the spend and informing Site Leadership team with cost trends in Daily SIMs (Short Interval Meetings).
4. Material Loss Analysis:
   • Trial cost
   • Material Loss trend RM/PM/FG/SFG
   • Purchase price variance

Audits/Internal controls and Compliance:

1. Danone Internal Audit Controls (DANGO)
2. Internal Finance controls
3. Preparation of Statutory Audit & Tax Audit Schedules related to Plant- submission to HO/Auditors

Driving Productivity & Cost Efficiency:

1. Generating Productivity ideas along with Plant team

        2. Validating the key levers used for calculation of productivity
