JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1.To ensure Tax compliances with laws and regulations within timeframe like preparation and filling of Tax Audit report, Transfer Pricing report, Income Tax Return and other forms.(10CCB etc.).
2.To provide all desired information related to Tax to Stat.


2. POST NAME - Team Member Indirect Taxation
QUALIFICATION - CA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 6 Years
LOCATION - Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1.To ensure tax compliances with laws and regulations within timeframe and liasoning with consultants/auditors related to Tax issues and specified reports.
2.To provide Tax planning/optimization related inputs and review tax returns before filing. Also to identify and mitigate tax risks whenever required.
3.To provide various tax related opinions to ensure zero non-compliance & adherence to the applicable GST & VAT law.
4.To improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
5.To manage all GST, TDS & Sales Tax related issues including Monthly GSTR 1 & GSTR3B, TDS returns, Various Reconciliations & Annual Compliance w.r.t GSTR9 .
6.To deal with all Tax related Assessments including tax show cause notice & dealing with Tax Authorities.
7.To Coordinate with Auditors at the time of Annual Audits, Tax Compliance Audit & to provide for the requisite data & inputs.
8.To deal with Service tax related issues & deal with the Service tax Authorities to conclude open issues with the department.
9.To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organizational requirements."


3. POST NAME - Team Member PMA
QUALIFICATION - CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 6 Years
LOCATION - Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1.Preparation of virtual stock inventory report and to ensure no old Virtual stock is pending. Removal of EICL check in SAP after thorough verification to ensure that various compliances have been done and no cost is pending for booking.
2. To check de-cap of assets wherever required has been done in system before capitalization of scheme. To verify that scope of work has been completed from every aspect and can be processed further for capitalization.
3. Liquidation of CWIP (Capital Work in progress) as per the timelines provided by the management. Virtual stock booking as and when required.
4. To process and make payment of ROW/Road restoration charges and EI fees after due verification and approval.To ensure timely updating of GIS. To establish a system of timely and accurate accounting & managing of all costs associated with a project and to capture the correct asset value in the Fixed Asset Register for ensuring a true & fair view to all the stakeholders.
5. Realization of Security deposit amount received from Land Owning Agencies. To prepare dashboard on monthly basis for top management to give fair view to the stakeholders about CAPEX, capitalization and CWIP.
6 Pre-settlement of schemes for monthly and quarterly closure of books. Undertaking the capitalisation activity timely & accurately with zero audit observations.
7.To create accurate assets as per the nomenclature and to ensure all cost have been allocated & to conduct physical verification of inventory and subsequently preparing its report.
8 To track the performance of various departments by comparing the target with actual capitalization. To ensure closure of all RO/ PO related to project.
9. To ensure no non-compliance wrt statutory norms in the scheme being capitalized.
10. Adhere to the closing activities as per the timelines provided. Preparation of various MIS and reports for various stakeholders’ i.e. virtual stock pendency report, Security deposit.
11. Coordination with user group to get quality and timely inputs for capitalization of projects.
12. To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements. Timely response against Audit queries and closing of audit issues. Co-ordination with Corporate Accounts and Statutory Auditors for Accounts closing activities.


4. POST NAME - Team Member Direct Taxation
QUALIFICATION - CA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 6 Years
LOCATION - Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1.To ensure Tax compliances with laws and regulations within timeframe like preparation and filling of Tax Audit report, Transfer Pricing report, Income Tax Return and other forms.(10CCB etc.).
2.To provide all desired information related to Tax to Statutory Auditor for successful completion of Quarterly and Annual Audit.
3.To coordinate with various departments w.r.t tax details for analysis purposes and manage tax compliance process.
4.To handle all direct tax litigation which involves proactive control over litigation, interaction and liasoning with consultants/auditors, providing necessary data etc.
5.Filing of appeals for disputed issues and to assist the Counsel in presenting the case before legal forums like CIT (A), ITAT etc. for any ongoing dispute.
6.Responsible for getting the old pending rectification application cleared and do all the necessary requisite.
7.Responsible for Tax planning/tax optimization and identify & mitigate tax risks whenever required.
8.To provide opinions on various tax related matters and concerns of other departments.
9.To improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
10.To participate in companywide excellence initiatives.
