JOB DESCRIPTION :-
This position manages and guides the budget, forecasting and consolidation processes for the market. The cornerstone activity of this role is driving consistency and alignment of planning, reporting, and pricing timelines and methodology for the market in alignment with globally defined planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of the annual budgeting process
- Manages and maintains financial forecasting process in strong collaboration with commercial and marketing finance counterparts
- Consolidates financial planning of all operational groups, with additional support required for corporate activities and those outside traditional reporting systems
- Analyses monthly financial results and delivers monthly consolidation
- Drives continuous improvement in application of global controls
- Responsible for all cross-functional policies (e.g., approval matrices, return policy, AP signing authority limits) and serves as key point person for corporate functions (e.g., IT)
- Analyzes proposed business opportunities, projects, and other pending decisions to determine impact on company’s financial results and to identify ways to improve the economics for the Company and prepares postmortems on outcomes
