This position is responsible for supervising of various finance activities and compliance with accounting standards, law and governance in an accurate, timely and orderly manner.
Job Purpose - The job profiles requires smooth accounting and finance operations in order to ensure efficient functioning of business operations while ensuring implementation and compliance with statutes such as Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Customs Act. The job profile also calls for ensuring compliance with laid down systems and providing inputs for setting up new systems or fine-tuning existing ones, in tune with expanding scale of operations and in compliance with law.
