As a Business Finance analyst, you’ll work in a team of highly motivated FP&A partners who provide financial support for our business units. You’ll be using your analytical skills to provide transparency and decision-making support to VP’s globally – from forecasts and budgeting to providing strategic insights to management. In this role, you’ll need outstanding networking skills as you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders and tasked with creating tangible business value throughout the organization
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Delivering the monthly capacity costs report to your Vice President (VP) and providing insights into deviation of the realized numbers.
- Participate in Business Review Meetings to provide consolidated view of forecast for the VP areas
- Keep a track of budget transfers and Full Time Employee (FTE) transfers to support the analysis and provide insights to management on a timely manner.
- Support the Annual budget process by collaborating with Line of Business to build the anchor budget package for VP / EVP approval.
- Participation in projects and initiatives undertaken by the team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
- Delivering accurate forecasts, powerful business analysis and insight, timely and valuable reporting on performance
- Understanding and reporting on underlying activity drivers
