JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Liaise with external and internal auditors to handle any irregularities that occur.
2. Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cost system.
3. Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting records.
4. Communicate variances and cost explanations to functional head.
5. Accumulated and applied overhead costs as required by generally accepted cost accounting principles (GACAP).
6. Monitor departmental expenditures to ensure proper allocation of budgeted funds on a monthly basis.
7. Reviewing budget vs. actual expenditure with all functional heads.
8. Reported on break even points margins and periodic variances by products.
9. Analysing standard vs. actual product costs and find out reasons for variance, if any.
10. Reviewing and analysing cost centre expenditure, GL accounts and income and expenditure reports.
11. Knowledge in GST with respect to key areas (Valuation Rules, Place of supply, HSN / SAC classification and Return filing).
12. Well versed with Schedule II to the Companies Act 2013. Responsible for preparation & maintenance of fixed assets.
