QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 3 Years
LOCATION - Hyderabad

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with excellent administrative and analytical financial skills to join our team. Assistant finance managers are expected to examine and compile financial reports and be well acquainted with governmental regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting of the financial results, all tax compliances, direct and indirect, and ensuring clean audit reports quarter on quarter and year end closure.
  • Ensuring top quality delivery within Financial Accounting, compliances, and reporting.
  • Financial forecasting and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Additionally managing the banking relations. collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
  • Coordinates and follows up on stock audits for all areas of the ware houses.
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required, and self-initiate projects to drive simplification
  • Completion of month, Quarterly and Annual MIS with variance analysis for all drivers including and not restricted to
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  • Preparation of P& L, Balance sheet & CFS
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reporting pack for management review. Mainly, P&L, Inventory, Headcount, Capex, Scrap, Forecast etc.
  • Perform account reconciliations of the accounts and review reconciliations prepared by other Finance departments.
  • To lead the monthly close process– Review and monitor expenses, trend analysis, forecasting, documentation of variances and explanations, Balance Sheet reconciliations and executing the monthly billing and invoicing process as per timelines.
  • Lead on completion of entity financial statements as per Indian GAAP.
  • Take care of all financial compliances; capital spend.
