JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Should be responsible to handle all banking matters - should handle all day to day banking activity. He will be responsible for Liason with Bank and other financial institution and related companies.
• Manages daily cash position
• Should be able to prepare CMA data.
• Should be able to prepare stock statement and cashflow statement.
• Hedging, forward contracts.
• LC, BG Opening, Bill discounting.
• Buyers credit, Suppliers Credit etc.
• Factoring etc.
• Negotiating with Banks for Fund based and non fund based limits
• Term loan financing.
• Export import documentation, foreign remittances
• Fema, RBI compliances.
• Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Monitors budgets and expenditures, cash flow planning and projections.
• Advises management about key financial risks
• Forecasts financial performance
• Manages daily cash position
