QUALIFICATION - B.Com With CA/CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 5 Years
LOCATION - Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Global Financial support to functions / business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies
- Completion of high quality deliverables within the committed timeframe. Deliverables vary by –
- Global Month/quarter/year-end closing and forecast
- Global Annual operational planning process (budget)
- Global Expense reviews by function / cost center / headcount
- Global variance analysis along with preparation of management presentations describing insights
- Perform reconciliation and ad-hoc analysis as needed with ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines
- Must possess strong communication skills with ability to participate in or lead conference calls and present financial results to financial and non-financial audiences at various levels of seniority
- Identify opportunities for process improvements / develop and/or update various financial models to generate analyses
- Proficiency in SAP; Hyperion Financial Management & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), advanced levels of excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel).
