Mithibai College of Arts, Chauhan Institute of Science & Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics (Autonomous) is envisaged as a destination for the most talented and promising students, since its inception in 1961. JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- To maintain accounts in SAP/ FICO.
- Fee collection and necessary accounting including Halls/ Gym/ Courses.
- Custody of records and proper safekeeping of accounting records.
- Ensuring all compliance of University, UGC, Government etc and periodical reporting.
- Preparing the annual budget and monitoring the expenses of the budget.
- Preparing final accounts for individual streams at the college/ institute level.
- Associated functions: a) FICO Module proficiency. b) Windows, Excel Profile.
