JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Internal Audit Execution
- Conduct & assist in audit assignments allocated by the department based upon audit plan.
- Coordinate with various process owners & conduct internal audit within allocated time & cost.
- Perform field work to assess various risks & controls associated with each business process.
- Execute the Internal audit program in accordance with audit methodologies documented and suggest improvements, if required in existing methodologies.
- To ensure safeguard of company assets through physical verification of various types of inventories & assets.
- Conduct & report compliance status of various internal controls identified under Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Entity & Process levels.
Draft Internal Audit Report Preparation & Reporting
- To summarize audit observations noted during audit assignments.
- Get freezed audit observations with respective process owners thru initial level discussions.
- To appraise Team Leader / Head Internal Audit about audit deviations noted.
- To finalize audit observations with respective process owners & respective HODs alongwith Team Leader.
- Prepare draft internal audit reports for sharing with Team leader as per defined audit report format.
- Ensure accountability is established for each observation along with time bound agreed action plan.
