JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Preparation of all GST Return
- Preparation of GST Outward Register
- Preparation of GST Inward Register
- GST Mismatching Resoilution (B1, B2 and B3)
- Work with Vendor on GST issue resolution and ensured no loss in GST mismatching
- Liasioning with India BU for Legal and GST Issue
- Close all queries of GST department if any
- Input credit reversal under GST for expired RMPM and FG
- LUT approval from GST Department
- Month End Close – Branch Reconciliation
- Reconcilatioin of Inter Companies balance on monthly basis
- Invoice verification in SAP of RMPM Domestic & OGS related Invoices and ensured no loss during the IV
- Actively participation in W@POA Meeting
- Ensure BS schedules are prepared as per Timelines and ensure the hygiene and no old open items
- Interact with BU Legal for GST/Excise, VAT and any other taxation issues
- Ensure BS schedules are prepared as per Timelines and ensure the hygiene
- Preparation of detailed analysis on All clearing accounts and Accounts payable
- Resolve all Vendor Payment and reconciliation issues with procurement team
