POST NAME - Cash Accounting Analyst
QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA/M.Com
EXPERIENCE - 1 To 3 Years
LOCATION - Chennai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Downloading of Bank statements, analyzing & accounting transactions on daily basis
- Clearing Suspense items on periodic basis
- Sending Retail/Wholesale transaction emails to cash application team
- Ensure balances are cleared/Nil for clearing accounts at month end
- Processing additional entries based on location / recon team request
- Providing metrics data related to the process on monthly basis and completing control listing.
- To handle query emails received in Generic ID
- Maintaining Journal backups / process related documents as per GIS guidelines.
- Updating Logs and providing input to various team for processing
- To have connect with location persons to resolve any issue
- Timely completion of annual MCRPs, PWC, GAO & Data Protection. Support documents and query to be provided without any delay
- Ensure 100% BCP compliant for all vital /Critical transitioned processes
- Manual work around testing to be performed annually
- Provide Support for New launches /Brexit changes/System changes
- 100% attendance on all nominated trainings / Functional training
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Account the transactions in PeopleSoft / SAP as per the procedure daily
2) Question and challenge the process
3) Simplify the process and bring in new ideas
4) Flexibility in work timing - Work in day or mid shft
5) Foster team working spirit and support each other any requirement
6) Connect and build relationship with various teams to resolve the open items.
