JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Responsible for monitoring the performance of division through generation of reports on contribution, profit before tax, turnover, and costing analysis on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
Key Deliverables:
- Preparing Contribution Report of milk and milk products on a periodic basis.
- Preparing MIS Report with fixed and variable costs, profit before tax, turnover for monthly reports
- Preparing monthly budget through consolidation of budget estimation of finance team members and analyze past budget performance.
- Preparing reports in every 10 days on performance review of all the functions provided by the functional heads in the division.
- Preparing reports twice a month on low contribution products along with reasons.
- Reporting cost of all batches and identify the reasons behind high cost drivers on a daily basis.
- Analyzing the new vendors for efficiency in terms of cost / contribution.
- Preparing annual budget and analyze the monthly performance based on budget.
