VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Analyst Plant Finance
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 3 Years
LOCATION - Malanpur

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

This role is part of the plant finance team and will be responsible for plant accounting, analysis & reporting, supporting in cost controlling, financial reviews and governances.

Main Responsibilities

Cost Control

  • Track, Monitor and report monthly cost variance, Indirects, Trend analysis

  • Prepare monthly cost review decks highlighting key trends & insights for cost control

  • Weekly Enhancements, Calculation and analysis of MUV line wise and reporting of exact yield losses

  • Partnering with Manufacturing Team for driving yield loss reduction

  • Ensure proper accounting and stock reconciliation for material brought for employee sale and consumption within factory

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Accurate & timely completion of month closing and reporting activities

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with Accounting policies, Internal control procedures and SOX compliance

  • Reconciliation of all GL Accounts in Blackline Tool and resolving the discrepancies

  • All HO reporting – costing runs, Optimus update and monthly Supply Chain Finance Scorecard, etc

  • Submit annual NSS return within due dates

Inventory & Internal Controls

  • To calculate the inventory ageing provision and identify reasons for variances

  • Manage the BOM & Routing updation and review process

  • To perform monthly physical stock verification and resolve the variances in collaboration with the departments

  • Exercise periodic checks and conduct reviews of the internal controls defined. Extend support in governance / implementation of internal checks & controls. 

Fixed Assets and Capex 

  • Monthly review of new asset capitalisations & depreciation

  • Coordinate for fixed asset verifications, transfers, disposals and writeoffs as per the policy

  • Participate in CWIP reviews and drive actions with the stakeholders
