JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Responsible for Issue of Purchase Orders to Service Provider / OEM Vendor
- Responsible for GRN booked against supply of Services / Goods
- Provision creation for anticipated bills of Vendor / Service Provider
- Booking and clearance of Vendor bills (Web cycle, GR/IR and R Block etc.,)
- Allocation of cost to respective contract
- Monitoring of open PO with regard to delivery date
- To close the old / time barred PO in the system
- Monitoring of PO contract profitability
- To resolve payment related issue / disputes with the Vendor.
