The position primarily requires to undertake planned audits regularly in the Areas / Business processes viz., Corporate Services, Inventory Management and/or any other business processes as may be assigned to by Functional / Administrative Superior in business locations of TSJ/TSK/ and Other Business Units & Profit Centres. In addition to the above primary job, the position also requires to provide assistance to his Functional / Administrative Superior in managing Co-Sourced or out-sourced audit partners relations, audit process management, facility and Documents Management, travel plan and other transactional matters and provide administrative assistance to the office of Chief Corporate Audit and the department in matters related to Safety, Establishment Management, budgeting, office management and other transactional matters.

- Review of last audit report for identifying issues to be taken for review in the current audit . Initiate Opening Meeting Plan & conducting Field audit in a manner to ensure timely completion

- Participating in the regular reviews of assignment as being carried by concerned functional supervisor v. Preparation of draft version 0 audit report vi. Participating in the closing meeting vii. Assisting the functional supervisor to finalise the Version I report to auditee viii. Management of Time-Sheet in AMS and fulfilling the AMS requirements in connection with Audit Execution & Reporting
- Safety management of the department to ensure zero loss to the company.
- Relation with co-source or out sourced audit partners for smooth functioning of audit process.
- Preparation, Maintenance & corrective action pertaining to departmental revenue budget.
- Establishment management in terms of audit process as per SOP & bills processing.
- Records keeping & documents management in line with company policy.
- Facility management with the help of general office administration.
- Assets upkeep & maintenance as per the requirement.
- Special Projects As may be assigned based on the Divisional Plan
