JOB DESCRIPTION :-
As a senior executive finance the role will be responsible to oversee and manage daily accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, inventory, payables & drive efficiencies. He should have ability to influence peers & seniors within organization.
- Responsible for managing and administrating the organizations finance and accounts including periodic review, MIS reporting, accounts receivable and payable, fixed asset accounting and revenue accounting and compliance
- Drives SOX compliance process in the organization
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership
- Handling Internal External Auditors & Preparation of audit schedules
- Evaluating the adequacy and operating effectiveness of Internal controls, identify gaps & initiate corrective actions
- Routine GL reconciliations, obtaining Vendor balance confirmations, Organizing weekly calls with the regional business team & Team management- Central & regional finance
- Intercompany reconciliations, cost center analysis and allocations
- Demonstrates excellent people management capabilities and is able to think out of the box
