This would be 2 years program divided in 4 different phases:
Phase 1* Financial Shared Services (12 months)
During your first twelve months you will work closely with the financial reporting tools we use and familiarize with the accounting rules and treatments we follow. You will spend 1.5 month in AP team, 1.5 in AR team and 9 months in GL team. Maintain the General Ledger of key entities in the TomTom Group. Ensure complete and accurate accounting and perform month end close activities in line with group deadlines.
Phase 2* Enterprise IT (3 months)
During the second phase of your program, you will be given the opportunity to collaborate with Enterprise IT team to work on planning and reporting tools.
Phase 3* Corporate/Business Finance (3 months)
During your third rotation, you may work with corporate finance / Business unit finance team.
During this phase with corporate finance, you will work closely with senior management and will experience TomTom from a group finance perspective, by joining one of our Corporate Finance specialist teams, e.g. Group Control, Investor relations, Corporate Accounting or Tax & Treasury.
Or During this phase with Business Unit finance, you will be given the opportunity to collaborate with many functions in the Business such as product management, software engineering, sales and marketing and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
Phase 4* Digital Upskilling - RPA/Power App (6 months)
During the fourth phase of your program, you will get an opportunity to enhance your skills in digital applications like RPA / Power App. You will be guided in these tools followed by a project where you will implement these tools.
