JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The incumbent shall be responsible for:
1. Accounting for Sales, purchase, expenses, liabilities, provisions for the profit center in SAP/Operational system.
2. Voucher processing for payment to vendors and accounting for collections from customers.
3. Bank Reconciliation statement.
4. Statutory payment like GST, TDS, TCS, custom duty etc and input for related monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
5. Preparation of monthly MIS for the unit.
6. Quarterly and annual accounts closing including schedule preparation.
7. Inputs for Debtors review and credit control compliance.
8. Co-ordination with the branch operations and SBU office.
9. Any accounting and allied responsibilities assigned from time to time.
